Would a tax credit to pay for Health Coverage work?

Hillary and Obama have spent years pushing government health care for all. Of course, the proposed plans are unconstitutional and would only increase government spending, along with adding more government programming. The two push UHC as a platform to only win votes. Instead, why not allow a tax credit to cover the cost of a health care plan YOU choose based on YOUR needs. (one prez canidate, Ron Paul, is proposing this right now in the Congress. a href="http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/health-care/" rel="nofollow"http://www.ronpaul2008.com/issues/health…/a ) I am tired of the pandering politics, tired of paying 100% for my health insurance because the tax law will not give me a tax break unless I buy my employers overpriced plan. And I refuse to pay for plan that I does not fit my needs.
