How to get rid of acne FAST?

So, Im going on holiday at the end of this month. Ive been working out hard, so I don't wobble around on the beach lol, as I am extremely self conscious. So, thats worked & I've lost two stone and a couple of pounds within two months, which I am very happy about. So, I love my body, but I absolutely hate my skin, & I was wondering if there were any fast acting remedies out there which will get rid of my acne. I'm currently cleansing with clearasil ultra deep pore treatment wash, toning with a micro-dermabrasion exfoliator and moisturising (only during the day) with an oil free make up base, & I also use that clearasil spot stick which is supposed to reduce spots every four hours. I've been to the doctors & believe me, I've tried every treatment going, topical creams (which I ended up being allergic too), & a tail of pills, which I have tried out for a total of 5 years. It has really affected my confidence & I wear make up every time I leave the house. Please help, thankyou.
