1986 Honda Civic DX Wagon w/ 225,000 miles?

Hondas are great cars, that can easily last 300,000 miles. First question is how much are they asking for? i would ask the owner if you can have the car checked by someone just to make sure the car is in good working conditions. and then try and compare the price with others, so that you can give yourself an idea of how much they are going for.
