Need help. bought something online . help please?

i ordered cologne a few minutes ago from abercrombie and fitch .com but i really need to cancel my order, but i already but the gift card number and everything already, and they didnt give me a order number or anything. how can i cencel the order, they havent sent me anything through my email and i called the hotline, but theyre closed for the holidays. how can i cancel the order??
