Help!!! I need somebody!!!?

I am pregnant, have been for 7 months. I am also happily married, or perhaps too happily married given the healthy state of my life at this point in my pregnacy. Don't get me wrong I love , and the I am currently getting is awesome so my question is is this good or bad for the bun in my oven? Can my little fetus of love see the protruding appendage that encroaches on its space nightly? sometimes daily. Please answer quickly your speed is of the uptmost importance!!
