I,m worried about this.?

I am worried and concerrned about this. Earlier, I felt short of breath for a very short period and had a a sorta small headache. Then I layed down on my couch to listen to some music. When I layed down on the couch, I smelt something. The smell that I,ve smelled smelt like a cigarette or cigarette smoke. The smell that I smelt that smelt like a cigarette or cigarette smoke did,nt have an appearance. I mentioned I,ve felt short of breath for a very short period of time and a small headache; but, right now, I,m breathing Okay and I don,t feel short of breath right now. But, my headache keeps recurring, but, it seems to be sight or regular. I,m worried if I contacted carbon monoxide poising. But, right now, I,m not experiencing any dizziness, fatigue, lack of straight thinking, neasea or anything else. The only aches I,m really having is a headache. But, right now, I can breath Okay and I,m not really short of breath. Right now, I feel Okay and fine. Should I be worried after you,ve have read this?
