Get two 15 ft long leashes. Get your harnas and attach the leads to either side. Start walking with your dog in front of you. While walking gently tug on one of the leads alternatingly. When your dog turns its head toward you or moves the way you want say the corresponding command. Praise is hard to do at this stage, but use your voice inflection to indicate your approval.
