Sick Lost falsetto!!! HELP!!?

Hey Well actually I'm a counter tenor. Well I got sick on Friday. I cant sing my high tenor notes, my falsetto but can dowhistle register. I have a solo next week. Do you think I will get my high tenor note and faletto back by then?
