What do people do when they are from a conservative family?

Your faith and upbringing says it is a sin if you don't save yourself for your marriage? The Bible says flee youthful lusts an d fornication? If that is true ,how do orthodox christians sucessfully find a b/f or g/ f for marriage?Which is correct obeying GOd abd the bible or just having fun..
