TAX REFUND, FROM IRS WITH A WARNING THAT I OWE CHILD SUPPORT?

No, it is not a standard message they put up. My tax topic they put up had to do with getting a direct deposit vs a check mailed...did not understand that because I always choose dd! Anyway, I would definitely call the IRS and talk to a rep because they must be getting some wrong info somewhere and that will definitely delay your refund until it is straightened out. Sorry!
