Swelling/Bumps of Snake Bites?

At this point, the risk of infection is very, very small. The bumps may represent ongoing healing of the open wounds from the bite as this process can go on for weeks. If they are painless and not increasing or changing, then, observation is appropriate. Do not put anything on them such as topical steroids or antibiotics.
