Retroverted/Introverted Uterus how does it affect getting pregnant?

Hi, well Im currently ttc after m/c in April BUT...I had a transl ultrasound done last year to 'check things out' and found out not only is my uterus tilted back,which I already knew, but also to the side.The u/s tech called it 'severly tilted' But I know that is not the issue cuz I do already have 3 beautiful babies ages 13,12 and 8!
