I neeeed to lose 5 lbs, help :)?

The diet above may be adequate but wants more fruit and veg, cut out the peanut er for a low fat alternative, drink at least 2/3 litres water a day and finally go running, it's amazing how it tones up your body and your weight will yo yo for a while but carry on and your weight will be less within a week.
