Do you believe you create your own reality? If not what do you believe & why?

I believe there is an energy greater that just me that created the moon & stars, the earth, my breathe & I am one with this energy. I have don things my whole life that has shown I do create my own reality. There are materials that teach this such a Science of Mind, Creative Visualization by Shatki Gawain, The Secret by Rhonda Brynes, The Power of your subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy, The abraham-hicks material. and all kinds of things from many intelligent people who live this. Gary Zukuv, Oprah even says it has to do with physics. It is easy to say you don't if you have not worked hard to see if it works in your life.I beleive it does but it is not always easy to do especially if you have let your life get cluttered up with negative thoughts & feelings...so if you do believe it. Do you focus on this conscious creating 100% or less?
